After Sales
If you
have a Fringe product that you believe is faulty
your first call should be on your installer or
retailer. However we realise that this is not always
possible so if you wish you may return the product
directly to us for testing. This will be done free
of charge and if the product is found not to be
faulty it will be returned to you at no charge. If
the product is found to be faulty and is covered by
our 3 year guarantee a new replacement will be sent
to you completely free of charge. Should the product
be found to be faulty and out of guarantee we can
offer a low cost service exchange unit, (new), and
will contact you before anything is done.
When
returning product to us be sure to include your
return address and telephone number or email
address. By arrangement product may be brought
directly to our premises and tested while you wait.
If you
have a technical query with a Fringe product that is
in service in your home we may be contacted via
